WoW Minor In-Game Changes

Another set of minor fixes in the wake of patch 3.3.3 went live today. The most notable of these was the change to how Revenge works. The 3.3.3 buff to revenge damage, which was originally intended as a way to boost tanking damage for protection warriors, had the unintended side effect of allowing warriors in arenas to revenge for obscene amounts of damage, spamming revenge up to 5 times in a row.

This change will require a fresh activation for each revenge used rather than allowing it to be spammable for a certain period of time.

The brain freeze change was another change aimed at PvP and arenas. When it could proc off frostfire bolt there were situations where a mage would cast a spell followed by an instant frostfire bolt followed by yet again another frostfire bolt if that ffb procced brain freeze (complicated, I know). The RNG involved in that set.
